The reliability level of nuclear grade valve in field use is closely related to the process of de-sign and manufacture.Products through reliability appraisal and acceptance test usually have a high level of reliability in use.Therefore,this paper takes the nuclear grade valve as the research object,summari-zes the nuclear grade valve and its test,and analyzes the failure rate trend and the cause of the failure based on the reliability identification test of the valve.The results show that the valve reliability qualifi-cation test can be roughly divided into three stages:early stage,middle stage and late stage,and the fail-ure rate in the early stage of the test is the largest,and the early failure has the greatest impact on the test.Finally,based on the analysis results and the status quo of valve reliability appraisal test,this paper discusses how to improve the quality and reliability of nuclear grade valves,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the failure rate and improving the reliability of field use.The results of this paper can be ap-plied to the reliability identification and acceptance test scheme design of nuclear grade valves.
