the regulating valve is widely used in industrial and water conservancy projects.It has a vari-ety of sensors and multi-functional experimental devices with remote control and data processing.It can measure key indicators such as flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient,analyze the perform-ance parameters and operating characteristics of the regulating valve,and design the squirrel cage for specific working conditions and carry out simulation analysis.Experiments demonstrate that the flow co-efficient is related to the flow resistance coefficient.The customized V-shaped squirrel cage can make the flow regulating valve meet the requirements of special working conditions,improve the regulation accuracy and stability,and achieve accurate flow regulation and pressure control.The dynamic perform-ance test of the valve provides a solid basis for the optimization of the flow regulating valve,which is of far-reaching significance for promoting the technological innovation of the industry.In the future,many aspects will be studied in depth to improve the valve performance.
