摘要

在石油化工、热力管网及长输管线等行业,传统的大口径手动阀门常配备蜗轮箱(齿轮箱),由于操作频率低、启闭过程费时费力,从而导致效率低下.针对这一问题,本文设计出一种新型智能开阀器,能够与现有手动阀门蜗轮箱配合,通过拆卸手轮即可实现自动启闭.本文介绍了开阀器的工作原理、性能参数及结构设计,并通过样机试生产和调试,优化了程序控制及连接尺寸等关键环节.试验结果表明,智能开阀器的启闭过程顺畅稳定,显著提高了工作效率,减少了人工操作成本,增强了操作安全性.

Abstract

In the petrochemical industry,heat pipe network and long-distance pipeline industry,the tra-ditional large-diameter manual valve is often equipped with a worm gear box(gearbox).Due to the low operating frequency,the opening and closing process is time-consuming and laborious,resulting in low efficiency.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a new type of intelligent valve opener,which can cooperate with the existing manual valve worm gear box,and can realize automatic opening and closing by removing the hand wheel.This paper introduces the working principle,performance pa-rameters and structural design of the valve opener.Through the trial production and debugging of the prototype,the key links such as program control and connection size are optimized.The test results show that the opening and closing process of the intelligent valve opener is smooth and stable,which significantly improves the work efficiency,reduces the manual operation cost and enhances the opera-tion safety.
