摘要

核电作为一种安全、经济、清洁、可靠的能源,对保障国家能源安全具有重要意义.通过核电国产化,可减少对国外技术和设备的依赖,增强自主创新能力,确保核电站安全稳定运行.DN1050主蒸汽隔离阀、DN500主给水止回阀在阀门制造过程中,由于阀门口径、焊枪干涉、焊接距离远等问题使焊接难度大大增加,而回转头自动热丝氩弧焊利用一把长度为1500 mm、外径为25 mm的焊枪对焊丝进行了有效预热,避免了焊接裂纹、未熔合等缺陷的产生.本文通过对焊接工艺进行有效评定,实现了新设备在核电国产化上的应用,同时也为相关类似产品焊接提供有效参考.

Abstract

Nuclear power,as a safe,economical,clean,and reliable energy source,holds significant im-portance in ensuring national energy security.By local nuclear power technology,we can reduce de-pendence on foreign technologies and equipment,enhance our autonomous innovation capabilities,and ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.DN1050 main steam isolation valve and the DN500 main feedwater check valve,during their manufacturing process,face increased welding difficul-ties due to such as valve size,welding gun interference,and long welding distances.The rotary head au-tomatic hot wire TIG welding uses a welding gun with a length of 500 mm and an outer diameter of 25 mm to effectively preheat the welding wire,avoiding defects such as welding cracks and incomplete fu-sion.This evaluates the welding process to realize the application of new equipment in the localization of nuclear power,and also provides effective reference for welding similar products.
