摘要

线性浮阀在19XR型制冷机组中起节流作用,是制冷机组的关键部件,其常见故障模式包括浮阀卡塞、气囊体积不足和制冷剂液位偏低无法开启等.线性浮阀卡塞可能是由于磨损或异物所致,通过加强防异物管理和改进线性浮阀结构,提高其动作连贯性,从而减少卡涩.线性浮阀在冬季低温情况下易发生气囊体积不足问题,通过采取增大进气量或减少气体液化量的方式缓解;而由于耗损或泄漏造成的制冷剂液位偏低问题一般可以通过及时探测并补充制冷剂来缓解.

Abstract

The linear floating valve plays a throttling role in the 19XR refrigeration unit and is a key component of the refrigeration unit.Its common fault modes include floating valve jam,insufficient air-bag volume and low refrigerant level.The linear float valve jam may be caused by wear or foreign mat-ter.By strengthening the management of foreign matter prevention and improving the structure of linear float valve,the consistency of its action can be improved,so as to reduce the jam.The linear floating valve is prone to the problem of insufficient airbag volume in the case of low temperature in winter,which can be alleviated by increasing the air intake or reducing the amount of gas liquefaction.Howev-er,the liquid level of refrigerant is low due to loss or leakage,which can be alleviated by timely detec-tion of low liquid level and supplement of refrigerant.
