摘要

丁二烯在生产过程中极易出现丁二烯自聚物,且自聚物易引起自燃、胀裂阀门及管道、爆炸等情况,过多的自聚还会引发设备胀裂,促使介质外漏,引发火灾、爆炸等严重事故.氧含量、温度是丁二烯聚合物形成的主要条件,选型的重点是降低氧含量和温度对自聚物的影响.选择具有吹扫阀的阀门,通过注入阻聚剂,并保证剂量,能有效控制阀内氧含量和自聚物的产生.研究表明,了解丁二烯自聚物的形成机理及合理的阀门选型可有效控制并减少聚合物的生成,为丁二烯抽提装置的稳定性、长周期性、安全性提供有力保障.

Abstract

Butadiene self-polymer is very easy to appear in the production process of butadiene,and self-polymers are easy to cause spontaneous combustion,bursting valves and pipelines,explosions,etc.Excessive self-polymerization will also cause equipment bursting,prompting medium leakage,cau-sing serious accidents such as fire and explosion.Oxygen content and temperature are the main condi-tions for the formation of butadiene polymers.The focus of selection is to reduce the influence of oxy-gen content and temperature on the self-polymer.Selecting a valve with a purge valve,by injecting an inhibitor and ensuring the dose,the oxygen content in the valve and the generation of self-polymers can be effectively controlled.The research shows that understanding the formation mechanism of butadi-ene self-polymer and reasonable valve selection can effectively control and reduce the formation of polymer,and provide a strong guarantee for the stability,long periodicity and safety of butadiene extrac-tion unit.
