By introducing the inconvenience caused by the traditional valve manufacturing process,this paper expounds the application status and examples of the robot introduced by the production enterprises in the valve manufacturing,describes the scientific and advanced valve manufacturing technology brought by the robot,especially the robot welding technology,and summarizes the remarkable achieve-ments of various applications,including improving production efficiency,improving product quality and reducing labor intensity.Finally,this paper expresses a high recognition of the market prospect of the application of robots in the valve industry to produce high-end valves,and also lays a foundation for further development in the future.It puts forward the challenges faced by the application robots in the valve manufacturing industry and further suggestions for improvement.
