Clinical applicaion of traction device assisted single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Objective:To investigate the operation methods, surgical techniques and clinical application value of traction device assisted single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:From Jan.2022 to Jun.2023,clinical data of 100 patients who needed cho-lecystectomy were collected.50 patients underwent single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy with the assistance of a traction device(single-port group).A"V"-shaped incision to the umbilicus was made 2 cm from the umbilical margin, and a single-port was inserted. The traction device was inserted into the right upper abdomen, and assisted gallbladder traction in single port cholecystectomy;another 50 patients underwent conventional three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(three-port group). Results:All 100 patients who under-went cholecystectomy were successfully operated, and no patient was converted to open surgery. The statistical results showed that there were significant differences in total incision length, incision pain and satisfaction between the two groups.Compared with three-port group, the single-port group was associated with shorter total incision length, less incision pain and higher satisfaction. There were no significant differences in ambulation time, exhaust time, urination time, defecation time, incision healing.Postoperative follow-up for 1-3 months showed that there was no complications such as incision infection or intestinal obstruction. Conclusions:With the assistance of a traction device,single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy has the advantages of fewer trauma, less pain, higher satisfaction, and is sui-table for clinical application and promotion.
