Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of 3D laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer with preservation of pelvic autonomic nerve. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 46 patients diagnosed with cervical cancer between Jan.2020 and Dec.2022.The patients were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.21 patients in the control group received open radical resection of cervical cancer with preservation of pelvic autonomic nerve.25 patients in the study group, underwent 3D laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer with preservation of pelvic autonomic nerve. The intra-operative and postoperative clinical indexes, the incidence of postoperative complications, and the preoperative and postoperative levels of carbohydrate antigen 724 and squamous cell carcinoma antigen were compared between the two groups. The patients were followed up for 12 months to compare the recurrence rate and survival rate between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the operation time of the study group was shorter and the amount of blood loss was less(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative indexes, the exhaust time, catheter extraction time and postoperative hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the number of lymph node harvested was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complications in the study group were sig-nificantly fewer(P<0.05),and the postoperative levels of carbohydrate antigen 724 and squamous cell carcinoma antigen in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(23.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compared with traditional laparotomy,3D laparoscopic radical resec-tion of cervical cancer with preservation of pelvic autonomic nerve can shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative blood loss, the postoperative recurrence rate and the level of inflammation, and has a good overall safety.
