Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of fluorescence imaging technology in laparoscopic hepatic cyst fenestration and to share the accumulated treatment experiences. Methods:The clinical data of 23 patients treated with fluorescence-guided laparoscopic hepatic cyst fenestration for non-parasitic liver cysts between Jun.1,2021 and Dec.31,2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Parameters such as liver cyst location and size, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative fluorescence imaging in identifying bile ducts, bile duct injury, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications, and recurrence of liver cysts were ana-lyzed.Results:All patients underwent successful laparoscopic surgery without conversion to open surgery. The intrahepatic bile ducts of the patients were fluorescently visualized during the operation.3 cases were found to have bile duct injury or bile leakage in the hepatic cyst wall stump, which were treated with suture or clamping. The average intraoperative blood loss was(6.26±2.67)mL,the average operation time was(62.22±25.50)min,and the average postoperative hospital stay was(2.57±1.47)d.There were no postoperative short-term complications, such as bile leakage or hemorrhage, and no recurrence of liver cysts was found in postoperative follow-up for more than 3 months. Conclusions:The integration of fluorescence imaging technology into laparoscopic hepatic cyst fenestration proce-dures is simple, safe, and feasible, will not prolong operation time, intraoperative bile ducts can be quickly identified to avoid damage to the bile ducts, bile leakage and other complications. It deserves to be recommended in the clinical application and promotion.
