Study on the Comorbidities and Influencing Factors of 381 Cases of Sj?gren's Syndrome
Objective:To summarize the clinical symptoms of comorbidities in patients with Sjögren's syndrome and analyze the related influencing factors,providing a certain basis and method for prevention and treatment in clinical practice.Methods:Analyzed the comorbidities of 381 hospitalized patients with Sjögren's syndrome at the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine,and summarized their clinical characteristics.Results:There were 230 cases(60.37%)of skeletal system diseases,195 cases(51.18%)of endocrine system diseases,189 cases(49.60%)of lung diseases,149 cases(39.11%)of cardiovascular system diseases,50 cases(13.12%)of eye diseases,74 cases(19.43%)of chronic gastritis and 57 cases(14.96%)of fatty liver.Conclusion:The incidence of comorbidities in Sjögren's syndrome is high.Sjögren's syndrome is mainly characterized by focal lymphocyte infiltration in exocrine glands,which can cause various systemic diseases in patients.Medical specialists need to conduct a comprehensive analysis,evaluate from multiple perspectives,take effective measures to prevent,detect,and deal with comorbidities and related risk factors in a timely manner,developing more specific and effective treatment policies.
