Exploring the Medication Patterns of Professor LONG Yun-guang's Differentiation and Treatment of Bi Syndrome Based on Data Mining Technology
Objective:Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.5),this study aims to explore the characteristics and patterns of Professor LONG Yun-guang's prescription and medication in the treatment of Bi syndrome,and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Relevant medical cases of Professor LONG Yun-guang in the diagnosis and treatment of Bi syndrome and prescriptions were selected.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform(V3.5)was used to conduct data mining on the four qi and five flavors,meridian effects,frequency statistics,medication patterns,association rules,and cluster analysis of the prescriptions.Results:A total of 261 prescriptions were included,involving 273 Chinese medicines.The four qi are mainly characterized by warm,followed by neutral,cold,cool,and hot.The five flavors are mainly sweet,followed by bitter,acrid,sour,and salty.The meridian entry are mainly the liver meridian,the spleen meridian,and the kidney meridian,with 16 commonly used core drug combinations.Through formula clustering analysis,5 possible new formula combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that Professor LONG Yun-guang's treatment of Bi syndrome mainly starts from the liver,spleen,and kidney,with drugs mainly focusing on dispelling wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and supplementing deficiency.The clinical efficacy is good,and the new combination of prescriptions mined can provide some reference for the treatment of Bi syndrome.
