摘要
目的:调查老年类风湿关节炎患者健康赋权水平现状及其影响因素,以期为提高老年类风湿关节炎患者健康赋权水平提供依据.方法:采用研究者自行设计的一般资料调查表及老年慢性病患者健康赋权量表对贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的老年类风湿关节炎患者进行调查.结果:共发放问卷286 份,回收有效问卷 263 份.263 例老年类风湿关节炎患者健康赋权得分为(92.18±6.86)分;多元线性回归分析表明,居住地、居住情况及文化程度为其主要影响因素(P<0.05).结论:老年类风湿关节炎患者总体健康赋权呈中等水平,且受多重因素影响.医护人员应根据患者自身情况为其提供个性化健康赋权教育,以提高其健康赋权水平.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status of health empowerment level and its influencing factors in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis,in order to provide a basis for improving the health empowerment level of them.Methods:A self-designed general information questionnaire and the health empowerment scale for elderly patients with chronic diseases were used to survey elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results:A total of 286 questionnaire were distributed,and 263 valid questionnaire were collected.The health empowerment score of 263 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis was(92.18±6.86);multiple linear regression analysis showed that residence,living conditions and educational level were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall health empowerment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis is at a medium level and is affected by multiple factors.Medical staffshould provide personalized health empowerment education based on patients'own situation to improve their health empowerment level.
