Research on the Medication Rules for Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on Data Mining from The Chinese Medical Dictionary
Objective:To analyze the medication rules for treating rheumatoid arthritis by collecting medical records.Methods:The prescriptions of medical cases collected from The Chinese Medical Dictionary were imported into the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform(V2.3.7),and its data mining function was used to analyze the frequency of drug use,the four qi and five flavors,meridian tropism,efficacy distribution,drug as sociation,clustering,community,and complex network analysis.Results:A total of 175 eligible prescriptions were collected,with a total of 239 types of drugs used 2025 times.There were 18 medicinal flavors with a frequency of more than 30 times.The top 6 high-frequency drugs were Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Qinjiao(Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae),Fuling(Poria)and Sangzhi(Ramulus Mori).The distribution of the four qi is mainly warm and calm,the five flavors are mainly sweet,spicy,and bitter,and the meridian is mainly composed of the liver,spleen,and lung meridians.The main efficacy of drugs is focused on dispelling wind and dampness.The top three core drug combinations are Niuxi and Danggui,Qinjiao and Danggui,Sangzhi and Danggui.Cluster analysis was conducted on the top 25 medicinal flavors in terms of frequency,resulting in three core drug combinations.Further analysis was conducted on 239 traditional Chinese medicines,resulting in 4 core groups and 50 compatibility rules.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine for treating rheumatoid arthritis mainly focuses on dispelling wind and dampness,tonifying liver and kidney,and strengthening muscles and bones,also taking into account diuresis,pain relief,blood supplementation and circulation,and heat clearing,achieving the same treatment for both symptoms and root causes.
