Evaluation of Xin'an Jianpi Tongbi Fang Series Based on Clinical Data to Improve the Feeling of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients with Joint Pain as the Main Symptom
Objective:To observe the effect of the Xin'an Jianpi Tongbi Fang(XAJPTBF)series on the feeling of RA patients with joint pain as the main symptom.Methods:Data of discharged patients with rheumatic diseases(including rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis,ankylosing spondylitis,and gouty arthritis)with joint pain as the main symptom from the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to December 2022 were retrieved—XAJPTBF series including Xinfeng Capsule(XFC),Huangqin Qingre Chubi Capsule(HQC)and Wuwei Wentong Chubi Capsule(WWC)—and were divided into the XAJPTBF group and the Non-XAJPPTBF group according to whether XAJPTBF was used or not.The propensity score matching method was used to match baseline data between the XAJPTBF group and the Non-XAJPPTBF group.Random walking was used to evaluate the impact of improving SPP scale indicators and clinical inflammation indicators in both groups.Association rule analysis was used to determine the correlation between XAJPTBF and indicator improvement,and logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the impact of XAJPTBF on indicator improvement.Results:A total of 1957 rheumatic patients with complete SPP scales and clinical inflammatory indicators were screened out.After propensity score matching,the baseline data of XAJPTBF group and Non-XAJPPTBF group were consistent,with 790 cases in each group.Retrospective data mining results showed that XAJPTBF can significantly reduce patients'VAS,ESR,CRP,and increase RP scores.Random walking results suggest a long-term association between XAJPTBF and improvements in VAS,ESR,CRP,and RP,and the degree of improvement is better than that of the Non-XAJPPTBF group.The analysis of association rules shows that HQC and XFC have a high correlation with the decrease of VAS score,and SAS,SDS,ESR,and CRP indicators,and a high correlation with the increase of RP indicators(support>10%,confidence>50%,improvement>1).Compared with patients who did not use XAJPTBF,XFC was negatively correlated with unchanged indicators VAS,SAS,ESR,and CRP(P<0.05),while HQC was negatively correlated with unchanged indicators VAS,SAS,SDS,ESR,and CRP(P<0.05).Conclusion:XAJPTBF can alleviate joint pain symptoms and inflammatory reactions in rheumatoid arthritis patients with joint pain as the main symptom,and improve their feeling.
