摘要
通过调研杂交手术室辐射来源及防护特点,合理规划机房布局、优化工作流程,采取适当的屏蔽材料和辅助措施,合理配备并规范使用个人防护用品,加强医护人员放射防护知识培训、个人剂量监测和职业健康管理等措施,能有效减少杂交手术中射线对工作人员和患者产生不必要的照射,从而减少辐射剂量.
Abstract
By investigating radiation sources and protection characteristics of hybrid operating rooms,some un-necessary radiation exposure to workers and patients during surgery could be effectively reduced by taking the following measures:reasonably planning the layout of the computer room,optimizing the workflow,adopting appropriate shielding materials and auxiliary measures,reasonably equipping and standardizing the use of per-sonal protective equipment,strengthening radiation protection knowledge training for medical staff and individ-ual dose monitoring as well as occupational health management measures.Therefore the radiation dose level could be reduced.
