Application Effect of Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong Decoction in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Hp Infection
Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods 63 patients with CAG and Hp infection admitted to Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group(n=32)and a control group(n=31)by random number table method.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the study group was treated with Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,gastric mucosa pathological scores,serum related factor[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),gastrin-17(G-17)]levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was higher than 70.97% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and gastric mucosa pathology in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of G-17 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong Decoction is effective in the treatment of CAG and Hp infection,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of patients and improve the pathological status of gastric mucosa with high safety.
