Application Effect of Shixuan Bloodletting Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in Patients with Poststroke Limb Dysfunction
Objective To analyze the effect of Shixuan bloodletting combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in patients with limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods 70 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke treated in the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhanjiang from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine exercise,and the observation group received Shixuan bloodletting combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on this basis.Both groups received continuous nursing for 8 weeks.The neurological function,limb function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was(10.27±1.02)points,which was lower than(14.36±1.59)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the motor function scores of upper limb and lower limb in Fugl-Meyer assessment of the observation group were(49.88±4.31)points and(26.33±2.89)points,respectively,which were higher than(42.31±3.57)points and(20.54±2.01)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the activities of daily living score of the observation group was(79.63±5.01)points,which was higher than(70.43±4.22)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the generic quality of life inventory-74 scores in the observation group were(76.79±4.15)points,(78.49±3.83)points,(76.59±3.83)points,(78.97±5.23)points,respectively,which were higher than (69.88±3.21) points, (70.53±3.20) points, (67.83±3.15) points and (72.48±4.36) points in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Shixuan bloodletting combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can reduce the nerve function injury of patients with limb dysfunction after stroke, speed up the recovery of limb function, improve the ability of daily life and improve their quality of life, and can be widely used in clinic.
