Effects of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on Coronary Artery Reperfusion and Myocardial Injury in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with PCI
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on coronary artery reperfusion and myocardial injury in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 70 patients with AMI who underwent PCI in Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The coronary artery reperfusion, myocardial injury and cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the coronary artery reperfusion in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the levels of cardiac troponin I and MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase in the observation group were(0.91±0.05)μg/L and(51.77±2.16)U/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the observation group were(40.29±1.94)mm and(51.03±1.95)mm,respectively,shorter than those in the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction was(76.31±3.55)%,higher than that in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can improve coronary artery reperfusion and cardiac function in patients with AMI after PCI,and alleviate myocardial injury.
