Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Qingwei Yuyang Decoction Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Caused by Peptic Ulcers
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingwei Yuyang Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with peptic ulcers(PU).Methods 82 patients with PU complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital,Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with Qingwei Yuyang Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of disease symptoms,hemoglobin,pH value of gastric juice,inflammation levels,clinical symptom scores and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The time of hemostasis,stool turning yellow and occult blood turning negative in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin level and pH value of gastric juice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of epigastric pain,stomach burn,heartburn reflux,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion Qingwei Yuyang Decoction combined with omeprazole can improve the therapeutic effect of PU complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,accelerate the disappearance of disease symptoms,and is safe and reliable.
