Clinical Effect of Baozhen Decoction in the Treatment of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis with Qi-Yin Deficiency Type
Objective To analyze the effect of Baozhen Decoction in the treatment of Qi-Yin deficiency pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods 80 patients with Qi-Yin deficiency pulmonary interstitial fibrosis admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Baozhen Decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The effect of Baozhen Decoction in patients with Qi-Yin deficiency pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is remarkable,which can improve their lung function,alleviate symptoms and improve life quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
