早期呼吸康复训练联合超短波治疗仪对支原体肺炎伴肺实变患儿临床症状及肺功能的影响

目的 探究早期呼吸康复训练联合超短波治疗仪对支原体肺炎伴肺实变患儿临床症状及肺功能的影响.方法 选择 2022 年 9 月—2023年9 月贵州省人民医院收治的 80 例支原体肺炎伴肺实变患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40 例.对照组进行早期呼吸康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合超短波治疗仪,两组均于 1 周后评估.比较两组的临床症状消失时间、肺功能、炎症反应.结果 观察组体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及肺部阴影消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);干预前,两组肺功能、炎症反应对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,观察组第 1 秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、最大呼气流速水平均高于对照组,C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、降钙素原水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 早期呼吸康复训练联合超短波治疗仪可加快支原体肺炎伴肺实变患儿的临床症状消退,减轻炎症反应,改善肺功能.
The Effect of Early Respiratory Rehabilitation Training Combined with Ultra-Short Wave Therapy Apparatus on Clinical Symptoms and Lung Function in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia Accompanied by Pulmonary Consolidation
Objective To investigate the effect of early respiratory rehabilitation training combined with ultra-short wave therapy apparatus on clinical symptoms and lung function in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia accompanied by pulmonary consolidation.Methods Selecting 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and pulmonary consolidation admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received early respiratory rehabilitation training,while the observation group combined with ultra-short wave therapy apparatus on the basis of control group,both groups will be evaluated one week later.Compare the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,lung function,and inflammatory response between two groups.Results The recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of cough,disappearance time of lung rales,and disappearance time of lung shadows in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);before intervention,comparison of lung function and inflammatory response between two groups,there were no statistically significant differences between groups(P﹥0.05);after intervention,the first second forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and procalcitonin were lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Early respiratory rehabilitation training combined with ultra-short wave therapy apparatus can accelerate the clinical symptom resolution,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and improve lung function in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia accompanied by pulmonary consolidation.
