Application Observation of Electromyographic Biofeedback Training Combined with Kegel Exercise Training in Postpartum Rehabilitation of Vaginal Delivery Parturients
Objective Exploring the effect of electromyographic biofeedback training combined with Kegel exercise training on postpartum rehabilitation of vaginal delivery parturients. Methods Selecting 70 vaginal delivery mothers admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 as the research subjects, divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received Kegel exercise training, while the observation group combined with electromyographic biofeedback training on the basis of the control group.Compare pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor function, organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, and quality of life between two group. Results After intervention,The duration of vaginal contractions in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the electromyographic value and dynamic pressure of vaginal contractions were higher than those in the control group, the difference between groups is statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the observation group had lower scores on the Simplified Pelvic Floor Disorder Impact Questionnaire and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Questionnaire compared to the control group, the difference between groups is statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the incidence of organ prolapse and urinary incontinence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference between groups is statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the General Quality of Life Inventory comprehensive assessment questionnaire for quality of life in the observation group scored higher than that in the control group, the difference between groups is statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The combination of electromyographic biofeedback training and Kegel exercise training has a significant effect on postpartum rehabilitation of vaginal delivery mothers, which can effectively promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function, alleviate clinical symptoms, and improve the quality of life of parturients.
