Application of Modified Simple Exercise Method in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Breast Cancer after Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of modified simple exercise method in the rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer after surgery. Methods 300 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in the 2nd Breast Surgery Department of the First Hospital of Qiqihar from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and anoperation by random number table method, with 150 cases in each group. After operation, the control group adopted the traditional rehabilitation exercise method, and the observation group adopted the improved simple exercise method on the basis of this, and the intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups. The range of motion of shoulder joint, the occurrence and severity of lymphedema of affected limb and the function of upper limb were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the shoulder joint motion of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the incidence of lymphedema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the severity was less than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremity scale score of the observation group was(40.37±3.67)points,higher than(31.34±3.40)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The modified simple exercise can effectively improve the mobility of shoulder joint, reduce the incidence of lymphedema, reduce the degree of edema and improve the function of upper limb.
