Effect of Elastic Socks Combined with Position Management and Ankle Joint Exercise on Coagulation Function and Pain Degree in Patients with Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity after Surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of elastic socks combined with position management and ankle joint exercise in patients with varicose veins of lower extremity(VVLE)after surgery. Methods 82 VVLE patients admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from April 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method. Both groups received surgery. After surgery, the control group(n=41)received the guidance of ankle joint exercise, and the observation group(n=41)combined with the elastic socks and position management on the basis of the control group. Both groups were followed up for 2 months. The postoperative coagulation function, pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time of the observation group after nursing were(34.60±4.85)s and(14.30±2.42)s,respectively,which were longer than(30.36±4.11)s and(12.87±2.36)s of the control group, and the fibrinogen level was(2.69±0.64)g/L,which was lower than(3.76±0.71)g/L of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was(1.51±0.36)points,which was lower than(3.26±0.67)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,lower than 19.51% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Elastic socks combined with position management and ankle joint exercise can improve the coagulation function, reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of complications in patients after VVLE.
