Effects of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training Based on 5A Nursing Model on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation training based on 5A nursing model on lung function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 106 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given pulmonary rehabilitation training based on 5A nursing model on the basis of the control group. The lung function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in lung function and quality of life between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)of the observation group were(2.79±0.49)L and(1.96±0.47)L,respectively,which were greater than(2.47±0.43)L and(1.54±0.38)L of the control group, and FEV1/FVC was(71.52±8.61),which was higher than(64.67±7.53)in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of physiological field, environmental field, psychological field and social relationship field of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Brief version in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The intervention of pulmonary rehabilitation training based on 5A nursing model for elderly COPD patients can significantly promote the recovery of lung function, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of patients with the service of nursing staff.
