Effects of Cognitive Psychological Intervention Combined with Family Rehabilitation Nursing on Depression Degree and Social Function in Patients with Depression
Objective To explore the effects of cognitive psychological intervention combined with family rehabilitation nursing on depression degree and social function in patients with depression.Methods 76 patients with depression admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from August 2021 to March 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cognitive psychological intervention combined with family rehabilitation nursing.Both groups continued the intervention for 3 months.The depression degree,social function,coping style and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Hamilton Depression Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After intervention,the scores of scale of Social Function of Psychosis Inpatients and Social Support Rating Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After intervention,the Copying Style Questionnaire score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group was 89.47%,higher than 65.79% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Cognitive psychological intervention combined with family rehabilitation nursing can improve the depression degree and social function of patients with depression,and has high clinical application value.
