Influence of Early Dysphagia Screening and Rehabilitation Nursing on Swallowing Function in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the effect of early dysphagia screening and rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 150 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Rongcheng People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. Both groups received early dysphagia screening. On this basis, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing. The recovery of dysphagia, swallowing function score, nutritional status, incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the Gugging Swallowing Screen Score of the observation group was(15.34±2.36)points,which was higher than(11.62±1.39)points of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the functional oral intake scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the standardized swallowing assessment score was lower than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the levels of serum prealbumin, total protein and albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.67%,lower than 10.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of all dimensions in the MOS item short from health survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Early dysphagia screening and rehabilitation nursing can improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the risk of complications, improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis.
