Effects of Speech Training Combined with Visual and Auditory Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on Functional Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Children with Speech Retardation
Objective To explore the effects of speech training combined with visual and auditory comprehensive rehabilitation training on functional rehabilitation and quality of life in children with language retardation.Methods 72 children with language retardation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Children in the control group received comprehensive visual and auditory rehabilitation training,and children in the study group jointly received speech training on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to intervene for 6 months.The rehabilitation effect,language function,development quotient,quality of life and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 80.56% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After the intervention,the scores of S-S language retardation assessment and language behavior Assessment scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of language,personal sociability and adaptability in the Gesell Infant Development Scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in fine motor and gross motor scores(P﹥0.05);the scores of QOL in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total satisfaction of parents in the study group was 97.22%,higher than 77.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The implementation of speech training combined with visual and auditory rehabilitation training for children with language retardation can effectively promote the recovery of language function,improve the level of development quotient,and have positive significance in improving the quality of life of children and parents'satisfaction.
