Observation on the Clinical Effect of Liangbingruilin Combined with Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy in the Treatment of Ovarian Endometriotic Cysts
Objective To explore the clinical effect of leuprorelin combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian endometriotic cysts(EMA).Methods 80 patients with EMA treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision and given leprerelin acetate microspheres for injection after surgery.The clinical effects,levels of sex hormones and serum biochemical factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 75.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone,carbohydrate antigen 125,recurrence rate,high mobility group protein B1,estradiol,matrix metalloproteinase-9,follicle-generating hormone,regulation and activation of normal T cell expression and secretion factors were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The combination of leuprorelin and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of EMA can improve sex hormone levels and serum biochemical factor levels,reduce recurrence rates,and have significant clinical effects.It is worth promoting.
