思维导图引导康复护理联合ABC情绪护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨思维导图引导康复护理联合ABC情绪护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2021 年 1 月—2022 年 12 月本院收治的 150 例系统性红斑狼疮患者为研究对象,按照摸球法将其分为对照组和研究组,各 75 例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用思维导图引导康复护理联合ABC情绪护理,两组均持续护理 3 个月.比较两组治疗总依从性、疼痛度、心理状态、睡眠质量及生活质量.结果 研究组患者的治疗依从率为97.33%,高于对照组的 86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).护理后,研究组患者的疼痛评分为(1.04±0.23)分,低于对照组的(2.64±0.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).护理后,研究组患者的坚韧、自强、乐观维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).护理后,研究组患者的入睡、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).护理后,研究组生理、心理、社会关系领域、环境领域评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 思维导图引导康复护理联合ABC情绪护理应用于系统性红斑狼疮患者可减轻疼痛度,增强心理弹性,提高生活质量.
The Impact of Mind Mapping Guided Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with ABC Emotional Nursing on the Psychological Resilience and Quality of Life of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing combined with ABC emotional nursing in the nursing of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 150 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using the touch ball method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received mind map guided rehabilitation care combined with ABC emotional care on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous care for 3 months.Compare the total treatment compliance,pain level,psychological state,sleep quality,and quality of life between two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the study group patients was 97.33%,which was higher than the control group's 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the study group patients was(1.04±0.23)points,lower than the control group's(2.64±0.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After nursing,the resilience,self-improvement,and optimism scores of the study group patients were higher than those of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P﹤0.05).After nursing,the sleep onset,sleep time,sleep disorders,and sleep efficiency scores of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P﹤0.05).After nursing,the scores in the fields of physiology,psychology,social relations,and environment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The application of mind map guided rehabilitation nursing combined with ABC emotional nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can reduce pain,enhance psychological resilience,and improve quality of life.
