Effect of Diversified Nursing Combined with Early Targeted Rehabilitation Training on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Metatarsal and Phalangeal Fractures
Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing combined with early targeted rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of patients with Metatarsal and phalangeal fractures. Methods A total of 82 patients with metacarpophalangeal bone fracture admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received diversified nursing, and the observation group received early targeted rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The flexion and extension range of metacarpophalangeal joint, the recovery of hand function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the flexion and extension range of metacarpophalangeal joints between the two groups(P﹥0.05);after 3 months of intervention, the flexion and extension range of metacarpophalangeal joints in both groups was greater than before intervention, and the flexion and extension range of metacarpophalangeal joints in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P﹤0.05).The recovery of hand function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,lower than 21.95% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing combined with early targeted rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of metacarpophalangeal joint flexion and extension range and hand function in patients with Metatarsal and phalangeal fractures, and reduce the incidence of complications.
