The Effect of Narrative Nursing Combined with Family Centered Nursing Intervention on Depression and Sleep Quality in Patients with Post-Stroke Depression
Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with family-centered nursing intervention on patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods 80 PSD patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Heze from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out family-centered nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented narrative nursing on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The depression,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the Hamilton Depression Scale score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the 36-Item Short Form Survey in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with family-centered nursing intervention can effectively reduce the depression of PSD patients and improve the quality of sleep and life.
