Influence of Nursing Based on Health Behavior Theory on Compliance Behavior,Self Care Ability and Health Behavior of Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective To observe and explore the influence of nursing intervention measures supplemented with health behavior theory on compliance behavior,self-care ability and health behavior of patients with diabetes nephropathy.Methods 100 patients with diabetes nephropathy admitted to Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as research objects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group(n=50)was supplemented by routine clinical nursing,and the observation group(n=50)supplemented with health behavior theory nursing on the basis of the control group.Compare the compliance rate,self-care ability,self-efficacy,and health behavior between two groups.Results The excellent compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 94%,which was higher than 78% in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Before intervention,comparison of the total scores of Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA),Chinese Version of Diabetes Management Self-Efficacy Scale(DMSES)and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the two groups,there is no statistically significant difference between groups(P﹥0.05);After intervention,the total scores of ESCA,C-DMSES,and HPLP-Ⅱ in two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on health behavior theory can significantly improve patient compliance,enhance self-care ability,enhance self-efficacy,promote healthy behavior development.
