Application of Nursing Measures Based on the Concept of Fast Track Surgery in the Surgery of Papillary Thyroid Cancer
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing measures based on fast track surgery(FTS)concept in the surgery of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods 98 patients who received PTC surgery in Yantai Harbor Hospital from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and were grouped according to a random number table.The control group(n=49)received routine perioperative nursing,on this basis,the study group(n=49)received perioperative nursing based on FTS concept.The intraoperative and postoperative indexes,Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P﹥0.05);the first postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score in SCSQ of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the negative coping score in SCSQ of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.08%,lower than 18.37% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 100.00%,higher than 87.76% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Nursing measures based on FTS concept can accelerate the recovery speed of PTC surgery patients,reduce the risk of complications,improve patients'disease coping ability and nursing satisfaction,and have clinical application value.
