Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Combined with Baofukang Supposal in the Treatment of High-Risk HPV Infection Complicated with Chronic Cervicitis
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon α2b combined with Baofukang Supposal in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection complicated with chronic cervicitis.Methods 64 patients with high-risk HPV infection complicated with chronic cervicitis admitted to Donggang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Rizhao City from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baofukang Supposal,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b on this basis.The therapeutic effect,immune function indexes and clinical related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,higher than 75.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+ level was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The HPV negative time,abdominal pain time,abnormal leukorrhea disappeared time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α2b combined with Baofukang Supposal has significant effect in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection complicated with chronic cervicitis,which can improve the immune function and HPV negative conversion rate of patients,shorten the time of symptom remission,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
