The Effect of Kuntai Capsule Combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dexmedroxyprogesterone Tablets on Sex Hormone Indicators and Menstrual Flow in Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure
Objective To investigate the effect of the combination therapy of Kuntai capsules and estradiol tablets/estradiol dihydroprogesterone tablets on patients with premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods 82 patients with POF admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,41 cases each.The control group was treated with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group,for a total of 3 cycles.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone indexes,menstrual volume and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 75.61% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(98.06±7.15)pmol/L in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(87.78±6.53)pmol/L.Luteinizing hormone(23.56±3.11)IU/L and follicle stimulating hormone(28.15±5.18)IU/L were lower than(26.32±3.29)IU/L and(38.48±5.16)IU/L in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the menstrual volume in the observation group(45.05±6.77)mL was more than(33.96±5.51)mL in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion The application of Kuntai capsules and estradiol tablets/estradiol digesterone tablets in the treatment of POF can effectively improve the levels of sexual hormone indicators in patients,promote the return of menstrual flow to normal,and have fewer adverse reactions.
