Application Effect Analysis of Nursing Model Based on Behavioral Transformation Theory in Dietary and Nutritional Management of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To analyze the application effect of a nursing model based on behavior transition(TTM)theory in dietary and nutritional management of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients. Methods 82 patients with end-stage renal disease who received MHD treatment in the hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table, with 41 cases each. The control group took routine nursing measures, and the research group took nursing measures based on TTM theory to manage diet nutrition. The scores of the Renal Adherence Behaviour Questionnaire(RABQ),Subjective Global Assessment Scale(SGA),Short Form-36(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 weeks of intervention,RABQ and SF-36 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and SGA scores were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P﹤0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the study group was 97.56%,higher than 78.05% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on TTM theory can enhance the dietary compliance of MHD patients, improve their nutritional status, ensure their quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction, which has clinical promotion value.
