The Effect of Family Supervision Combined with WeChat Interaction on the Psychological Condition and Adherence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients
Objective To explore the effect of family supervision combined with wechat interaction on psychological status and compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuous nursing,while the observation group received family supervision and wechat interaction on this basis.The medication and review,psychological status,disease burden and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The medication compliance rate and reexamination rate on time were 95.56% and 93.33% in the observation group,which were higher than 80.00% and 77.78% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression and burden of disease in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Family supervision and wechat interaction can improve the quality of transitional care in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which can improve the compliance rate of medication and timely review,relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,and reduce the burden of disease.
