Influence of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Exercise Rehabilitation on Patients with Hemiplegia after Acute Stroke
Objective To analyze the clinical value of acupuncture therapy and exercise rehabilitation therapy in patients with acute stroke hemiplegia.Methods 70 patients with acute stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with exercise rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation.The degree of nerve defect,clinical effect,TCM syndrome points and cerebral hemodynamics were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale points in observation group were lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Overall response rate of observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The points of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome such as slurred speech,hemiplegia and skew of speech in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of peak systolic velocity,average blood flow velocity and diastolic blood flow velocity in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,the pulsation index was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation therapy has more significant effect on patients with acute stroke hemiplegia,which can improve the neurological function and symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics.
