The Effect of Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressure and Emotional Intervention on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Endoscopic Surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point compression and emotional intervention in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after endoscopic surgery.Methods 500 patients with digestive endoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 250 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention,while patients in the observation group received wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with ear acupoint bean pressure and emotional intervention on this basis.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,psychological state and comfort were compared between the two groups.Reaults After intervention,the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(0.83±0.12)points,(0.99±0.16)points,(0.52±0.10)points,(38.66±5.06)points and(41.55±5.56)points respectively,the scores were lower than(1.05±0.17)points,(1.31±0.24)points,(0.74±0.12)points,(47.57±4.71)points,(52.15±6.17)points of the control group,the scores of physiological dimension,psychological dimension,spiritual dimension and social culture and environment dimension of the simplified comfort status Scale were(18.22±0.71)points,(27.04±2.12)points,(24.31±1.68)points and(27.30±2.32)points respectively.the scores were higher than(16.90±1.08)points,(23.49±2.08)points,(20.73±2.98)points,(22.44±3.85)points of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint bean-pressing and emotional intervention has a significant application effect in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after endoscopic surgery,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve mental state and comfort.
