Application Value of Biofeedback Therapy Combined with Targeted Nursing in Depression Patients
Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback therapy combined with targeted nursing in patients with depression.Methods 84 depression patients admitted to Pingyi County Psychiatric Hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random drawing,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received targeted nursing,and the observation group received biofeedback therapy on this basis.The depression score,sleep quality score,quality of life scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the Hamilton depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 months of follow-wp,the scores of all dimensions in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 76.19%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy combined with targeted nursing intervention can improve negative emotions,sleep quality and overall quality of life in patients with depression,and patients have high satisfaction with intervention,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
