Effectiveness of Progressive Joint Function Rehabilitation Training Combined with Continuous Passive Exercise in the Post-Operative Treatment of Patients with Distal Radius Fractures
Objective To explore the efficacy of progressive joint function rehabilitation training combined with continuous passive exercise in patients after distal radius fracture. Methods 140 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with surgery, the control group was treated with progressive joint function rehabilitation training after surgery, and the observation group was treated with continuous passive exercise on the basis of the control group. The wrist recovery effect, upper limb function, pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total excellent and good rate of the observation group was 81.43%,which was higher than 50.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the upper limb score of motor function assessment scale in observation group(45.86±4.19)points was higher than(33.60±3.16)points in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group(2.04±0.42)points was lower than(3.52±0.26)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological function score(81.54±3.34)points,physical function score(77.83±3.51)points,social function score(82.34±3.74)points and material life status score(79.20±3.52)points of the observation group were all higher than(72.34±3.37)points,(68.72±3.05)points,(70.52±3.84)points,(70.06±3.58)points of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive joint rehabilitation training can accelerate the wrist healing, promote the functional rehabilitation, relieve pain, and improve the quality of life of patients.
