Effect of Isokinetic Muscle Strength Training Combined with Early Quantitative Rehabilitation Nursing on Joint Function in Patients with Tibial Plateau Fractures
Objective To explore the effect of isokinetic muscle strength training combined with early quantitative rehabilitation nursing on joint function in patients with tibial plateau fracture. Methods 78 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Yicheng District People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received early quantitative rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group received isokinetic muscle strength training on this basis. The knee function, pain degree, daily living ability, knee mobility and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the Barthel index score and the Hospital for Special Surgery knee joint function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the pain Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the knee flexion angle and extension angle of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%,higher than 74.36%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Isokinetic muscle strength training combined with early quantitative rehabilitation nursing can reduce the pain of patients with tibial plateau fracture, improve their knee joint function, joint range of motion and daily living ability, and contribute to the construction of a good doctor-patient relationship.
