The Effect of Refined and High-Quality Nursing Combined with Incremental Resistance Exercise Training on Adverse Emotions and Fatigue in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To explore the effect of refined and high-quality nursing combined with incremental resistance exercise training on adverse emotions and fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients. Methods 70 patients with MHD admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with fine quality nursing combined with incremental resistance exercise training. The negative mood, fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(34.50±3.87)points,Self-rating Depression Scale(34.58±4.12)points and fatigue Scale 14(5.11±1.46)points in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological status score, social function score and daily living ability score of the observation group were(15.31±2.35)points,(15.48±2.56)points and(15.27±2.06)points,which were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined and high-quality nursing combined with incremental resistance exercise training in MHD patients can reduce negative emotions, improve fatigue status, and improve quality of life.
