The Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate on Myocardial Enzyme Spectrum and Angina Attacks in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris
Objective To explore the specific effects of the combination therapy of metoprolol and isosorbide mononitrate on myocardial enzyme spectrum and angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris(CHD-AP).Methods 86 CHD-AP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets, and the observation group was treated with metoprolol tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, myocardial enzyme profile, angina pectoris attack and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 79.07%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the creatine kinase(132.57±22.42)U/L,creatine kinase isoenzyme(12.65±2.87)U/L and lactate dehydrogenase(165.76±20.65)U/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the frequency of angina pectoris attacks(2.53±0.25)times/week was lower than that in the control group, the duration of angina pectoris(2.76±0.33)min/time was shorter than that of control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of metoprolol and isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of CHD-AP patients can enhance efficacy, reduce myocardial enzyme spectrum, reduce the frequency of angina attacks, shorten the duration of angina, and is safe and reliable.
