Effect of Butylphthalein Injection Combined with Edaravone Injection on Hemorheology Indexes and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalein injection combined with edaravone injection on hemorheology indexes and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jining Medical College Affiliated Jinxiang Hospital from May 2019 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone injection, and the observation group was treated with butylphthalein injection on this basis. The clinical efficacy, neurological function and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was(8.95±1.34)points,which was lower than(14.03±1.57)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the plasma viscosity, low shear rate blood viscosity, high shear rate blood viscosity and hematocrit levels in the observation group were(1.86±0.21)mPa/s,(14.78±3.55)mPa/s,(3.98±0.50)mPa/s and(39.62±2.23)%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of butylphthalein injection combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant, which can effectively improve the neurological function and regulate the hemorheology indexes of patients.
