Effects of Nifedipine Combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection on Blood Pressure Level,Umbilical Artery Resistance Index and Symptom Improvement Time in Pregnant Women with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension
Objective To explore the effects of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate injection on the blood pressure level, umbilical artery resistance index and symptom improvement time of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods 80 pregnant women with PIH admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate injection, and the observation group was treated with nifedipine on this basis. The blood pressure, umbilical artery resistance index, symptom improvement time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(124.49±9.27)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)and(78.50±3.86)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(141.37±10.58)mmHg and(90.34±5.18)mmHg of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the umbilical artery resistance index and blood viscosity in the observation group were(2.41±0.28)and(2.58±0.26)mPa·s,respectively,which were lower than(3.28±0.35)and(3.65±0.34)mPa·s in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of edema, dizziness and proteinuria in the observation group was(6.20±1.14)d,(9.86±2.53)d and(12.48±2.09)d,respectively,which was shorter than(8.73±1.55)d,(13.05±3.38)d and(16.11±2.13)d of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate injection can reduce the level of blood pressure and umbilical artery resistance index of pregnant women with PIH,accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms, and the drug safety is better.
