Effect of Diversified Pain Intervention Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Postoperative Pain and Swelling Degree in Patients with Calcaneal Fractures
Objective To investigate the effect of diversified pain intervention combined with rehabilitation training in patients with calcaneal fracture(CF).Methods 70 CF patients admitted to Subei People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method. After surgery, the control group(n=35)received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group(n=35)received diversified pain intervention on this basis. Both groups were followed up until 3 months after surgery. The degree of pain, swelling and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the pain Visual Analogue Scale score in the observation group was(3.12±0.52)points,lower than(4.60±0.78)points in the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the periankle diameter difference in the observation group was(2.18±0.29)cm,greater than(1.02±0.20)cm in the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,lower than 22.86%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified pain intervention combined with rehabilitation training in patients with CF after surgery has a good effect, which can reduce the degree of pain and swelling, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
