The Impact of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing Combined with CICARE Communication Model on Negative Emotions and Quality of Life of Cataract Surgery Patients
Objective To explore the influence of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with CICARE communication mode on negative emotions and quality of life of patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods 84 cataract patients admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group adopted CICARE communication mode,and the observation group adopted multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(13.76±1.57)points and the score of Hamilton Depression Scale(14.42±1.81)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the reading and fine motor scores(14.24±0.63)points,adjustment ability(8.28±0.36)points,daily living ability(11.03±0.48)points and far vision score(27.42±0.63)points in the Chinese Version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Exercise Self-Care Ability scale score(152.67±5.33)points of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing combined with CICARE communication mode can help to alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve their quality of life and self-care ability.
